The short version

Our software runs on your computer and our website collects as little as possible. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across the web.

Auto Color Match (the software)

Auto Color Match runs entirely on your machine. It does not collect, transmit, or store footage, project content, or usage analytics on any server we control. Frames are measured locally; corrections are written into your open project (which the panel never saves for you); logs and your license/trial files live only on your disk. License keys are verified without requiring an internet connection.

This website

  • Contact & waitlist forms. When you submit a form we receive the details you enter (e.g. name, email, message) solely to reply or to notify you about a product. It is delivered to us by email via our email provider and is not sold or shared.
  • No analytics or ad trackers. We don’t embed third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Basic, privacy-respecting server logs may be kept by our host (Cloudflare) for security and reliability.
  • Cookies. The site sets no tracking cookies. A local preference (your light/dark theme choice) is stored in your browser only.

Purchases

If you buy a license, our checkout provider processes the payment under its own privacy policy and we receive your name and email to issue and re-send your license key. We retain that record for support and do not sell it.

Your choices

To access or delete data you’ve sent us, email support@STLTeks.com. Local files created by the software can be deleted by you at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
